Plethoricity of principanility

The city of Kroy has as many new years as it has inhabitants. Scientists call this phenomenon "plethoricity of principanility". This phenomenon is best repressed by a group of inhabitants, which throw pieces of paper in the air in order to show in materialized form these multiple aspects. At the same time, dragons roam the streets and eat up all the pieces of paper. It is very noisy. Generally, they agree on a special day to do this. Usually, they eat very much sugar on this day. This might be due to the fact that beginnings are always difficult and sour. But maybe not.
